ABT Health Steps Into Mumbai With Drinks

ABT Limited, one of the largest corporate houses in South India with revenues of $ 1.4 billion, has abandoned ‘Miracle’ in Mumbai and Pune – a vitamin C drink that claims to boost consumers’ immunity levels can give.

Health safety is approved by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, the company said.

“The drink contains 1,000 milligrams of vitamin C, which is known to increase resistance to various diseases,” said Manicam Mahalingam, CMD.

“Meerkle has the highest density of vitamin C of any product currently available, as nano-particles are delivered as buffers along with liposine and proline phospholipids with elements such as lysosine,” he said.

He claimed that the anti-oxidants in Miracle help fight cardiovascular diseases, muscle erosion and oxidative stress.

“Mitochondria — by activating the powerhouse of the cell, can counteract stress and metabolic disorders,” Mr. Mahalingam said.

“Given the viral infections, Mumbai is a very promising market and we hope to gradually strengthen our footprint across the country. We plan to introduce Miracle to the international market soon.

ABT Limited has prior experience of bottling soft drinks / fruit juices for various beverage giants in India. Miracle’s 4,000-square-foot manufacturing facility produces 200,000 packs per day.
