Drew Timmy’s mustache continues to grow in size and influence as Gonzaga advances through the 2021 NCAA tournament.
It is no secret that the Bulldog’s facial hair has become one of the funniest stories of March Madness; It was already a story when Gonzaga entered the tournament as the No. 1 seed, and became more prominent when Timmy was told in an interview that his mother did not want him to keep it.
However, it seems that Mom has reversed and is completely on the mustache – which is fast approaching a goat – the bandgagon. She was seen wearing custom earrings at Creighton during her son’s facial hair, facial hair and all, which was Gonzaga’s Sweet 16 romp:

That’s good, too, because it seems like there’s no stopping ’till the end of March Madness:
“It’s something that really can’t be told,” Time told the CBS Postgame. “I can’t even control it … I’m glad everyone is having fun with it. That was the whole point.”
Timmy’s mother is not having fun; Clarke Kellogg was seen wearing a fake ‘stache’ on CBS’s studio set in honor of the real thing.
If Timmy keeps playing like he did on Sunday, there’s a good chance we’ll see his facial hair grow into a full-grown beard. He played 22 points in 10-of-14 shooting and added six rebels and four assassins in an 83–65 win over the Bluejays. He now averages 20.7 points, 8.3 rebounds and 4.3 assists for the tournament per game.
