Krunal Pandya wrote an emotional post for his late father, for which he dedicated his ODI half-century made on his ODI debut on Tuesday. Hardik Pandya wrote a moving post for his brother and India’s partner Krunal, which broke after becoming his first ODI half-century. Krunal scored an unbeaten 58 off 31 balls in the first ODI against England in Pune as India won by 66 runs to take a 1-0 lead in the series. Krunal wrote in a post on social media, “Papa, with every ball you are always on my mind and in my heart. I felt your presence with me tearing my face.” “Thank you for being my strength, for being the greatest support I have. I hope I made you feel proud. This is for you Papa, everything we do is for you.”

Hardik wrote in another post on social media, “Papa will feel proud. He wrote for you smiling brother and sent you an early birthday present.” “You deserve the world more. I couldn’t be happier for you brother. This is for you Papa.”
Krunal and Hardik lost their father Himanshu Pandya in January this year.
Krunal made a competitive 317 for 5 for the sixth wicket after an 112-run partnership with KL Rahul during the innings break during an interview.
Krunal hit 7 fours and 2 sixes and helped India do well in the last few overs.
With the ball, the left-arm orthodox bowler took his first ODI wicket by dismissing Sam Curren. He finished his quota of 10 overs and took 1 wicket for 59 runs.
Hardik was also seen shedding tears after Krunal reached the score of fifty towards the end of the Indian innings.

Although Krunal had a missing start in many ways, Hardik did not score with the bat. He was dismissed for 1 run off 9 balls.
