Notification of the benefit rates payable to exporters under Exemption of Duty and Tax on Export Products (RODTEP) scheme is expected to take longer, Commerce Secretary Anoop Wadhavan said, as Commerce Secretary Anoop Wadhavan said. “This is a new plan and there are always some initial issues, but the roadmap is clear and the exporters know what’s coming and they will get it from January 1 this year.”
“We have a few weeks of initial issues and should be behind us soon,” he said.
