Bangladesh will play a two-Test series in Sri Lanka, Sri Lanka Cricket was announced on Friday. Both matches will be played at the Pallekele International Stadium in Kandy. Bangladesh will reach Sri Lanka on 12 April. The first Test will be played from 21 to 25 April and the second from 29 April to 3 May. Bangladesh was initially scheduled to play three Test matches in July 2020. Will be played in October-November, but was postponed due to COVID-19 epidemic.

Sri Lanka are currently playing the West Indies, taking part in three T20Is, three ODIs and two Tests. The limited overs of the tour have been completed, with the Test series starting on 21 March.

On the other hand, Bangladesh are in New Zealand, where both teams will play multiple T20 matches on March 3 and from March 20 to April 1.

Both Sri Lanka and Bangladesh are out of contention to play the WTC Finals.

India and New Zealand are slated to face each other at the summit, which will be played at Southampton from 18-22 June.
