Virat Kohli took to Instagram on Friday to share a sun-kissed photo of himself in a “fake candid shot”. In the photo, the captain of India can be seen laughing, as he is soaking up wearing a white T-shirt in the sun. Kohli is currently in Ahmedabad for the ongoing five-match Twenty20 International series between India and England. Kohli is the most followed cricketer on Instagram and as soon as he posted the image, fans turned to the comments section with a heartfelt reply to the Indian captain. At the time of writing, the post had received over one million likes.
After the series opener was dismissed, Kohli regained his form and played a half-century against England.
The India captain also became the first batsman to score 3,000 runs in T20I.
Kohli rose to fifth place in the ICC T20I rankings thanks to his consecutive half-centuries against England.
Kohli is the leading run-scorer in the T20 series with 151 runs from four matches.
Kohli will lead the Indian team in the upcoming three-match ODI series. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced the team on Friday.

India added three new faces in their ODI setup like Suryakumar Yadav, Krunal Pandya and Prasiddh Krishna.
The ODI series will begin in Pune on 23 March. All matches will be played at the same venue.
