The document will most likely be launched by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman
The BJP’s manifesto for the assembly elections in the union territory will be released on 24 March.
Addressing a joint press conference in Puducherry on Thursday, BJP Rajya Sabha MP Rajeev Chandrasekhar said that the manifesto was in preparation for the final phase. The document will be launched on 24 March by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.
The manifesto was prepared after gathering the views of around 50,000 people from 30 constituencies. The views of Prime Minister Narendra Modi have also been included in the manifesto, BJP Puducherry unit president V. Saminathan.
“The manifesto will reflect the vision of the people which will help in the development of the Union Territory,” he said.
