Gold gain ₹ 105;  .  Silver sprung from 1,073

According to HDFC Securities, gold rose from 105 to ₹ 44,509 per 10 grams in the national capital on Thursday.

In the previous trade, the precious metal had closed at the 44,404 per 10 grams.

According to HDFC Securities, senior analyst (commodities), Tapan Patel, global gold prices rose by 105 to 24 carat gold prices in Delhi.

Silver also rose from Rs 1,073 to ₹ 67,364 per kg to ₹ 66,291 per kg in previous trade.

In Thursday’s trade, gold was marginally higher at $ 1,738 an ounce in the international market, while silver was flat at $ 26.36 an ounce.

“On Thursday, gold prices fell marginally at $ 1,738 an ounce at COMEX (New York-based Commodities Exchange),” Patel said.
