YSR Congress Party won Dhone and Atmakur.
Counting has been completed in two of the nine municipalities – Dhone and Etamakur in Kurnool district and the YSR Congress Party has won them both.
In Dhone, out of 32 wards, candidates won unanimously in 25 wards where there was no voting.
Of the seven wards where voting took place, six went to YSRCP, one to CPI. Thus, YSRCP had 31, CPI had 1.
In Etamakur, YSRCP won 6 wards out of nine, TDP won one and Independents were victorious in two wards. Of the 24 wards in Etamakur municipality, YSRCP has won 21 (15 unanimous), TDP one and Independents two.
