June 6 is an important day marking birth anniversaries of historical figures. And internet giant, Google, is celebrating them in its own special ways – by dedicating wonderful doodles. We saw Angelo Moriondo’s 171st Birthday doodle that marked the birth anniversary of the inventor of the espresso machine. And we have another doodle to observe Fasia Jansen’s 93rd birthday. Illustrated by Hamburg-based guest artist Ayşe Klinge, it celebrates the 93rd birth anniversary of Fasia Jansen—an influential Afro-German singer, songwriter and political activist who helped advance the post-war peace movement in West Germany.
