Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar on Wednesday prepared secretaries and heads of various departments to prepare answers to the questions and special mentions given by the government in previous sessions of the Legislature before the budget session from 15 March on Wednesday.
He suggested to the Principal Secretaries and Secretaries to nominate a Nodal Officer for each department, to present answers in the House and to mention with the Legislative Officers on mention of zero hours done by the members and other related issues in the Assembly Liaise with the authorities. A release said that the secretaries were asked to ensure that senior officials were present during the session.
Mr. Somesh Kumar, Chief Minister. On the instruction of Chandrashekhar Rao congratulated the officers for giving promotion to the employees within a short time. He also reviewed developments related to the new Presidential order for the state, compassionate appointments, pending court cases and programs for the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence.
Special Chief Secretaries Rani Kumudini and Shanti Kumari and several Principal Secretaries and Secretaries were present.
