Sachin Tendulkar, who is currently in Raipur with the India Legends squad for the ongoing Road Safety World Series, decided to prank the medical staff during a routine coronavirus test ahead of his match against England Legends on Tuesday. When the medical staff member took a nose swab from the legendary batsman, he screamed in pain. The staff member was lashed out before Tendulkar smiled, joking from behind, stating that he was acting.

He wrote the video on Instagram in the caption, “I have played 200 Tests and 277 COVID Tests. Prank a little to lighten the mood.” “Kudos to our medical staff for helping us play for a cause!” she added.

The road safety chain was discontinued last year due to a coronovirus epidemic, raising it from where India Legends took over their Bangladesh counterparts on 5 March this year.

Tendulkar, who set a target of 110 runs, had a roll-out with opener Virender Sehwag many years ago as he cut short the chase, winning the match by 10 wickets and nearly surviving several overs.

Tendulkar gave the fans five fours in his innings of 33 off 26 balls. It was Sehwag who did a heavy hit.

The destroyer opener scored an unbeaten 80 runs in 35 innings and beat the Bangladesh giants all the way. Sehwag hit 10 fours and five maximums as the India giants completed the chase in 10.1 overs.

India Legends will now take on England Legends on Tuesday.
