mi anniversary sale: Xiaomi announces Mi anniversary sale, to begin July 12 – morningtidings

Smartphone brand Xiaomi has announced dates of its Mi anniversary sale. It will begin July 12 and will continue till July 16. The company will celebrate its 7th anniversary.
The sale was announced by the company via a post on Twitter. “#MiFans, we turned 7 this year and we are all set to celebrate this special occasion in style!…Yes! Get ready for Mi Anniversary Sale, starting July 12th to avail exciting offers and win extraordinary prizes. Stay tuned for more,” reads the tweet.

As part of the upcoming sale, the company has partnered with SBI to offer discounts to the buyers. In the sale, SBI credit card holders will get a 10% instant discount of up to Rs 11,000.
In the sale, buyers will be able to get discounts on Xiaomi devices. These will include smartphones, laptops, smart TVs, smart wearable and more. Xiaomi has not revealed exact offers that will be available during the sale.
Meanwhile, the company has announced plans to unveil a 65 watt fast charger. As per the teaser page, the charger is expected to come with a compact design. Xiaomi says that it will be equipped with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0. The upcoming wired fast charger will offer USB Type-C cable out-of-the-box. It will also come with built-in surge protection feature.
