Homegrown brand HealthifyMe, the AI-based health and fitness platform, has today announced vaccine slot bookings on both its app and website.
Earlier, HealthifyMe had launched Vaccinateme.in in 10 languages to assist people to look for slots and get notified about the same as they become available.
Now, it will also allow users to book their slots directly from HealthifyMe, as it is now a registered Application Service Provider (ASP) with CoWin.
How can you book vaccination slot using HealthifyMe
The process to book the slot via HealthifyMe is simple. Users will have to download the app and head to the VaccinateMe section which is present in the right corner at the bottom.
Here they will be able to look for slots using their PIN code or District option.
This should open a series of vaccination centres along with available slots in a browser.
Once the most appropriate centre is found, users can simply visit and click on Book and complete the booking using OTP.
Depending on the subject to real-time availability, users will be able to book the desired slot.
HealthifyMe acqui-hires the under45.in
Along with this, HealthifyMe also announced that it is acqui-hiring the under45 team, which was powering vaccination slot alerts on the popular messaging app, Telegram.
The company says that Under45.in is a vaccination slot availability finder developed by Chennai based techie Berty Thomas. The platform provides live vaccination alerts to its 4.1 million subscribers via its 672+ channels on Telegram.
Tushar Vashist, co-founder and CEO, HealthifyMe said, “Getting everyone vaccinated is critical for India to become healthier and fitter and I am excited to have Berty & team join our mission. Between under45 and VaccinateMe, we have helped almost 12 million Indians search and find vaccination slots. We are now taking it to the next logical level by jointly launching a solution that will help millions of Indians book their slots directly on the HealthifyMe app & website. This is our bit to help in these times and we are grateful for the support we have received from the ecosystem and the government.”
