According to HDFC Securities, the gold jump in the national capital on Thursday bounced from 159 to ₹ 46,301 per 10 grams, reflecting the fall in international precious metal prices.
In the previous trade, the precious metal had closed at the 46,142 per 10 grams.
Silver also rose by Rs. 67,168 per kg to ₹ 66,962 per kg in previous trade.
In the international market, gold gained $ 1,745 an ounce and silver remained flat at $ 25.52 an ounce.
According to HDFC Securities, senior analyst (commodities), Tapan Patel, “gold traded higher on the dollar’s fall.”
