NFL Mock Draft 2021: Compare Mel Keeper, Daniel Jeremia, Todd McShay and other experts

Is there a draft?

It is 2021. In fact, there is a draft everywhere.

Everybody now has an NFL mock draft. If they have received a fake draft just ask your next Uber driver or target cashier. They absolutely do, and don’t be surprised when they tell you when they are drinking your toilet paper and oat milk.

See, everyone got a fake draft. But, in truth, there are people – experts, if you will – who know a little more about the NFL Draft, knowledge of the needs and prospects of these and outsiders, teams than your average Barstool GM.

This year, many interesting stories have emerged in the first round: how many QBs will go in the first round? How many in the top 10? How many Alabama players will be selected?

Noteworthy:

– Iyer has ‘Bama DT Christian Bermore’, going first among the Raiders at No. 17. Bermore sees the possibility of puzzling, with some taking him from first to second place.

– Virginia Tech’s Caleb Farley, not Alabama’s Patrick Sartain II, is the board’s first cornerback at No. 10 for the Cowboys.

– Gregory Russo, No Jalen Phillips, the Canes’ teammate, is the first EDGE player on the board, going from 16 to Arizona.

Noteworthy:

– Kiper took QB to the Jets before this Sam Darnold Trade. Zach Wilson feels that the consensus number 2 will now be removed from the board. When you have found Kiper, you have found America.

– The Lions could go in any direction, but Kiper saw Detroit select wide receiver DeVonta Smith with the No. 7 pick, with quarterback Jared Goff no. Detroit let Kenny Golladay and Marvin Jones into free agency.

– Liam Echenberg is a surprise for this high (chiefs from No. 31), but Kansas City definitely needs the help of the offensive line.

Noteworthy:

– John Elway and Denver finally have a long-term solution to the QB position, as McHurray treys. Lance is moving to No. 9 in the Broncos. Elway has for years discovered the next great QB after Peyton Manning.

– Nazi Harris – Ends with Steelerd on No. 24, ending the pressure on the Steelers offense, which suffered on the grounds last year – which recently told McShay to “kiss my ass”.

– Everyone’s worst nightmare confirmed: Bill Belichick gets his hands on a future franchise quarterback with the Patriots trading up to 11 to grab a falling Justin Fields.

Noteworthy:

– Jared who? Jeremiah has the Lions selecting the Ohio State passer with the No. 7 pick. Detroit, of course, traded Matthew Offord to Jordan Goff (and more) this offseason. The Goff era in the Motor City may be over before it begins.

– After allowing All-Pro center Corey Linsley to walk in free agency, the Packers strengthened the offensive line at No. 29 with Landon Dickerson. One more year

– Five is the magic number, as was five first-round QBs. Jeremiah takes it a step further: Five quarterbacks will be selected in the top 10, the first time in NFL draft history.
