Clippers guard Patrick Beverley was fired from LA’s game vs. the Sun on Thursday night for a flagrant 2 foul against Phoenix guard Chris Paul.
Beverly stabbed Paul with an elbow near his right hip as upcourts dribbled into the transition in the fourth quarter.
The referee threw Beverly after reviewing Foul’s replay.

The Clippers won the Western Conference matchup 113-103. La went two matches behind Phoenix for second place in the conference.
