Indian Premier League: Suryakumar Yadav visits Mumbai Indians’ “magical” team room

Suryakumar Yadav took fans on a “magical” team room tour of the Mumbai Indians, minus all the activities on offer. Showing the fans around, the star batsman also revealed which players or staff members are good at a certain game. With the plug-in video game pointing at two screens, Suryakumar says “this is the Ishan Kishan zone”. He then goes to the table tennis table that “our two giants” Zaheer Khan and Robin Singh spend a lot of time playing the game before going to the family wall.

Suryakumar, however, was not done yet. He then walks into another luxurious room that has two car racing simulators, a football table, a dart board, and a mini-basketball game.

The right-hand side shows that the racing simulators “belong to the Pandya brothers” – Hardik and Krunal.

Suryakumar says, “There is a very healthy competition between them. Whenever you see both of them sitting with the wheel in your hand, you would love to see them.”

He then points to the dart board and says “I think this area belongs to Jaspreet Bumrah”.

The preparations for the IPL 2021 start of Mumbai Indians are in full swing. The defending champions also face defeat in an experienced Test in their opening game. He will take on Virat Kohli’s Royal Challengers Bangalore in Chennai on 9 April.
