Since India’s tour of Australia that began in November last year, Wasim Jaffer and Michael Vaughan have endlessly banned social media. The latest episode came on Tuesday, when the former England captain made his prediction for the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League (IPL). Vaughan predicted that the Mumbai Indians would win the title for the third year, and if they lost by a “bizarre miracle”, the Sunrisers Hyderabad Trophy would take home. Vaughn tweeted, “Predicting the initial # IPL2021 … @Mittleton will win it … @SunRisers will win if something bizarrely loses.”
Former India opener Jafar responded to Vaughn’s tweet with a meme stating that his prediction leaves MI and SRH fans in dismay, while fans of other clubs rejoice.

For reference, Vaughan predicted that Australia would beat Australia 4–0 at the hands of India after being dismissed for 36 in the first Test.
However, India won the series 2–1 due to injuries and injuries after skipper Virat Kohli’s opener.
Jafar was among those trolling Vaughn at the time about his prediction.
Since then there have been many exchanges between the two on Twitter, especially England having visited India.

Wasim Jaffer has other reasons to expect that Vaughan’s prediction goes wrong, as he would be expecting the Punjab Kings, for whom he is the batting coach, to do well this season.
IPL 2021 kicks off on Friday, with Mumbai Indians taking on Royal Challengers Bangalore as openers in Chennai.
