The bank’s borrowings increased from ₹ 2.06 lakh crore to ₹ 3.18 lakh crore during the same period, and for FY2022 it plans to borrow close to ₹ 3.7 – lakh 3.9 lakh crore from the market, he said.

It had a net interest margin (NIM) of 1.72% and a capital-weighted (weighted) asset ratio (CRAR) of 20.9%. Gross NPA was 0.21%, the same as in the previous year. Chintala stated that the net NPA was 0%.

Vikas Bank’s loans and advances increased from ₹ 4.81 lakh crore to ₹ 6.03 lakh crore, a significant increase of 25%.

The total refinance disbursement made by it was ₹ 2.23 lakh crore, an increase of 25% over 2019-20.

Under the Atmanabir Bharat Abhiyan, NABARD provided ₹ 16,800 crore to cooperative banks, 6,700 crore to regional rural banks and Rs 2,000 crore to NBFC-MFI through Special Liquidity Facility (SLF).

NABARD disbursed 46 65,746 crore 2020-21 for the construction of agricultural and rural infrastructure. During 2020-21, NABARD promoted 394 Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) and. Grants-in-aid of 38.41 crores, leading to cumulative grant support of 244.40 crores.
