Charles Barclay made waves on Saturday when he took time before the Baylor-Houston Final Four game to share his thoughts on the state of American politics.
A CBS studio analyst blasted politicians – Democrats and Republicans – by saying that they take advantage of a system that pits citizens against each other with race and class lines so they can “fund And keep your sense of power. “

“Man, I think most white people and black people are great people. I really believe that’s in my heart, but I think our system is set up where our politicians, whether they’re Republicans or Democrats, We are designed not to like each other so that they can maintain their wealth and power.
I truly believe in my heart that most whites and black people are terrible people, but we are very stupid after our politicians, whether they are Republicans or Democrats, and their only job is, ‘Hey, let’s get these people. It appears as if Barclay was responding to a filmed segment that reported Robert F. Kennedy had an April 4, 1968 crowd in Indianapolis – the site of the last four in 2021 – to the news of the Rev. This is not the first time Barclay has spoken on the CBS set. He came out against the “disregard of the police” movement and dismissed the notion that the Nets had hired coach Steve Nash because of white privilege, among other topics of discussion.
