ESPN’s Dan Orlowski shared information about why Justin Fields is downing NFL draft boards

We are entering the smokescreen season of the 2021 NFL Draft.

Dan Orlowski continues to find himself at the center of quarterback controversies, with ESPN analyst on fire for some QB opinions in recent months. Orlovsky, a big Justin Fields fan, veiled off why he thinks Fields has slipped from the QB2 spot.

Speaking on Wednesday’s edition of “The Pat McAfee Show”, Orlowski shared some insider information about why Ohio States Fields is toppling the draft board, with his sources saying attitude and work ethic are among the main reasons. (Answer-1: Starts around 33: 30 points):

Orlovsky’s reply on Fields:

One, I heard that he is a last-man-in-the-first-man-out-of-sorts quarterback. Like, not a maniac work ethic. I’ve even heard it compared to Justin Herbert where it was like, man, when Justin Herbert showed up, he was like a psychopath when it came to work and got ready for the draft. Or even in school, like, “Give me more, I want to work non-stop.” And I’ve heard that there are issues with Justin Fields’ work.

The other thing is… where does he aspire to be a great quarterback? I think the desire to be a great athlete is expressed to me, but where is his desire to become a great quarterback? And to be great, you have to be willing to find things you are not good at and just to get angry at them.

It is worth noting that at this time of year there are smokesenser appliances, so Orlovsky’s information can be either valid or A team is currently trying to play the draft game so that Fields can be moved downstream. Orlowski said his information was coming from people involved in the draft decision-making.

This is not on Orlowski, however: Orlowski confirms that he is a fan of Fields, and this information does not reflect his opinion on Fields. Orlovsky says his main concern with Fields is his throwing speed, but it’s not something that makes Fields unstable.

All things considered, it seems a bit ridiculous to question Fields’ desire when he went from six touchdowns on the show to a bang ribcage in the Buckeyes College Football Playoff matchup vs. the Clemson Tigers.

Wherever Fields goes, he is going to form a team and a fan, very happy.
