The district on Friday registered 265 new cases of COVID-19. Two patients had recently returned from abroad. The source of infection has not been identified in three cases, while 260 individuals were infected through local contact. There are two health workers infected. Currently, 3,766 people are under treatment. On Friday, 5,680 people were tested and 373 people were rescued from the disease.
